Damaged Items
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
- We will offer a replacement or full refund for damaged items.
Return Shipping
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
