Thank you for supporting handmade craftsmanship! Each piece is individually created and may contain slight variations, which are a natural part of the handmade process. Please review our return and refund policy below:

Returns & Exchanges

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
• Custom Orders: Custom or personalized pottery is non-refundable unless damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Damaged Items

• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
• We will offer a replacement or full refund for damaged items.

Return Shipping

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
