Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
Custom Orders: Custom or personalized pottery is non-refundable unless damaged upon arrival.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will offer a replacement or full refund for damaged items.
Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
